Terms of Use
These terms apply to Candy Vista, published by Look-Angel Games (developer: FOP Kerimov Zaur, Ukraine). By installing or playing, you agree to them. Candy Vista is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are a minor, obtain parental or guardian permission where required by applicable law.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on your device for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the game except as allowed by law.
Virtual items
Coins, lives, boosters and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms; refunds follow the store rules. The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase disables automatic ads; optional reward videos stay available.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads from Unity Ads. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use exploits or modified clients, or use offensive player names on the leaderboard. We may reset scores or restrict access for violations.
Availability and changes
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features and these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
